PERMALINE CIPP (CURED IN PLACE PIPE)

Permaline CIPP (Cured in Place Pipe)Permaline CIPP is carried out using "pipe in pipe" method without joints. It is used on pipe diameters from 100mm to 1500mm.

Every Permaline liner is specially designed and manufactured for each project in accordance to the pipeline diameter, shape, durability, load, and pressure requirements.

The highly resistant lining material is made to withstand the effects of extremely corrosive fluids and gasses.

Installation of Permaline liner is done through existing manholes using inverse process. Resin-saturated and coated liner is inserted into the damaged pipe by hydraulic pressure which leads to the inversion of liner (inside becomes its exterior) and its adherence to the damaged pipe.

Curing of the liner is carried by circulation of hot water through the liner. After curing, the liner cools, the ends are cut and sealed.
